Who qualifies for Home Health Services?

How is Inland Valley Home Health Agency reimbursed for its services?
Medicare, Medi-Cal, some private insurances, workers compensation, and regional centers provide coverage for our home health services. Personal payment is also an alternative.
How do I start receiving services?
To begin receiving home health care from InlandValley Home Health Agency, you may telephone us directly at (800) 803-0072, or physician, hospital, clinic, social agency, family member, or friend may refer you. Once we have received your referral, a registered nurse will make an appointment with you at your earliest convenience to determine your qualifications for home health care. Once you qualify, we will work closely with your personal physician to develop your health care plan.
